As seen on my Neocities profile, I've been coding since October '25. I've tried to backup all the files, but some of the versions didn't save properly so there's only an entry page in my files. As a result, I've created this webpage to reflect on what I've created leading up to bunny-lover. I hope you enjoy reading!
Lily's Digital Space was coded in October '25 as my first website under the username "lilysecret". To be honest, I think the content ideas were great but it lacked a lot. I'm not surprised though because it was created with only a W3Schools table. However, it did set the stage for me continuing to make lightblue and white themed websites for awhile.
Lily's Digital Space was renamed to Lily's Web in late November '25. Using W3Schools only left me feeling confused, so I followed a dollcrds tutorial for the layout. This was beneficial as I learned a lot about HTML and CSS. I gained enough knowledge from this tutorial that it allowed to start editing code without a resource and comprehend it better!
When I think of version 2 of Lily's Web, I just remenber how excited I was to have a bigger website. Unfortunately, that layout turned out to be horrible 💔 it was such a downgrade from before as everything was white on the homepage except the text, I relied on W3Schools too much, making it hard to edit code. Within the 2 months I managed to improve this version a lot content-wise, but it really was still a mess...
The final version of Lily's Web was honestly pretty cute! The webpages were a lot better to look at, and I started to watch dollcrds more often as her tutorials helped improve my coding skills more often, especially with HTML and CSS. The webpages were unique just like the 2nd version of Lily's Web, but they were more cohesive. From this website layout I was able to start coming up with ideas on my own with the use of div classes.
Changing the website name from "Lily's Web" to "lilysecret" was my way of trying to have a cohesive website. I was over having different colored pages instead of the lightblue and white pages I was used to, so I started to think of ideas after using the dollcrds tutorial for the last time. Otherwise, this website layout is simplistic and cute!
The final version of lilysecret lived up to what I wanted it be: cohesive. I stuck to using shades of blue, and went on from there! It was simple, but it had a lot of content that I always wanted to add. I really miss this layout after most of it got deleted...
